About Us
In the 1950's Dana and Marco Fallaw started what has now become Cumbee Farms. They passed on their love of farming to us and now, as third generation farmers, we strive to perfect and expand what they started. Over the years, the curiosity of where our cotton might end up continued to grow. So in 2014, we decided to take our cotton to the next level. Thus became DANAMARCO, a high quality clothing company that bridges the gap between farmer and consumer. Being the farmer, we promise to provide high quality, sustainably grown, and American made cotton products that you will love!
From Seed To Shirt

The cotton is first grown on our farm (Cumbee Farms) in Aiken, Saluda, and Orangeburg county.

It is then ginned at Vallentine's Gin in Cope, South Carolina.

The ginned cotton is then spun at Hill Spinning in Thomasville, North Carolina.

Once spun into yarn it is taken to White Plains Knit Fabrics in Jefferson, South Carolina and knitted into fabric.

The fabric goes back to North Carolina to South Fork in Lincolnton to be dyed.

Once its done there it is taken to its last stop in Lamar, South Carolina. The beautifully dyed fabric is cut, sewn, embroidered and ready to wear.
